Procurement Systems Leader

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our data-driven transformation, driving innovation and excellence in master data management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement to understand their data governance requirements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Design and implement effective data quality assessments and compliance strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools, such as Tableau, for data processing, analysis, and governance activities.
  • Develop and provide recommendations for process improvements in data management and governance.
  • Document data architecture designs, standards, and best practices, ensuring seamless implementation across the organization.
  • Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and advanced analytics tools.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Deep understanding of master data in procurement and data governance processes.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience working in hybrid environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI, and dashboard development is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing environmental, social, and governance initiatives is an added advantage.
