Cpl Healthcare has partnered with a leading homelessness charity to create a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to join their Under 18's Residential Service team.

Working within this dynamic team, you will contribute significantly to supporting vulnerable young people through therapeutic care placements.

Individuals requiring the service often exhibit emotional or behavioural difficulties and cannot reside with their own families.

This role offers a chance for true job satisfaction, as you will act as an advocate for these young people, providing guidance and support to help them navigate challenges.

Job Description

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a talented team, supporting young people through interventions and implementing therapeutic care placements.

This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding, as you will be working closely with vulnerable individuals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and guidance to young people.
  • Implementing therapeutic care placements.
  • Contributing to a dynamic team environment.
Requirements
  • A third-level degree in Social Care or equivalent is essential.
  • A full clean driving licence is necessary.
  • Experience in the same setting or similar environment is preferred.
