Job Summary: The Clerk of Works will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget. This involves conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identifying any defects or issues, and reporting these to the relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any defects or issues
• Report any defects or issues to the relevant parties
• Monitor and record contract variations and ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, notices, and other relevant documentation
