We are looking for an experienced Product Line Developer to join our team. As a Product Line Developer, you will be responsible for conceiving, designing, and developing new products or production lines.

Your duties will include:

  • Simplifying processes to make them more efficient and cost-effective
  • Resolving technical problems in manufacturing
  • Selecting precision tools for different machines

You will work closely with the engineering team to streamline product flow through the manufacturing cell, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. Your strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will be essential in this role.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related Science discipline
  • Working knowledge of automation and assembly processes, laser welding systems, robotics, validation lifecycle, and Six Sigma problem solving
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
