About the Position:
  • We are seeking an exceptional individual to excel in a dynamic sales environment, utilizing key selling skills to consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure, providing an outstanding customer experience and fostering loyalty.
  • This role involves creating strong bonds with customers through exceptional service and driving appointment bookings to achieve store targets.
  • The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to upskill retail assistants on artistry basics and support the team leader in maintaining high standards of merchandise presentation and store appearance.
  • Key responsibilities include operating the payment system, handling financial transactions, and adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

About You:

  • You should be a passionate and motivated team player with strong selling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
  • A customer-focused makeup artist with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience as a skilled makeup artist.
  • Familiarity with cosmetics and products within the industry.
  • Knowledge of the BPerfect brand and its offerings.
  • Sales experience and ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
