**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Makeup Artist to join our team. As a key player in our retail store, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting our products.

**Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about makeup and has excellent communication skills. You will be expected to:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills.
  • Confidently promote our brand, products, and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
  • Drive both Makeup & Skincare appointments with a goal of bookings target.
  • Help upskill retail assistant colleagues on artistry basics/skillset.
  • Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high standards.
  • Support your Team Leader and team by complying with all store policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of makeup artistry experience.
  • Knowledge of cosmetics and the products within.
  • Familiarity of our brand.
  • Sales experience.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
