Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a passionate team player who can drive sales growth and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive store performance by analysing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends, using insights to inform commercial decisions.
  2. Support the Store Manager in planning and executing visual merchandising and product displays that maximise commercial impact and reflect brand guidelines.
  3. Build, lead, and nurture a diverse, inclusive, and engaged team to unlock their full potential and support their development.
Leadership Skills:
  • Deliver clear and consistent communication, impactful feedback, and support with regular development conversations.
  • Act as a trusted leader and role model, helping to embed company values across your team.
Customer Experience:
  • Be a brand ambassador on the shop floor — bringing deep product knowledge, passion for storytelling, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Inspire your team to create unique, personalised, and meaningful moments for customers by role modelling our selling ceremony.
Store Operations:
  • Support daily operational tasks including staffing levels, stock control, till operations, and managing security, health, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure high shop floor standards, smooth stock management, and overall operational excellence.

A well-presented appearance, a taste for desirable products, and a passion for retail are essential for this role.

Previous experience in a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing is highly desirable but not essential.
