Senior Quality Leadership Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote quality engineering excellence and provide technical guidance in quality assurance, control, and preventative activities with a focus on continuous improvement of products and processes.
  • Mentor and provide technical direction across multiple areas of expertise.
  • Ensure compliance to regulations and standards.
Key Deliverables
  • Collaborate with operations and business functions to assess, oversee, and direct quality performance of products and processes.
  • Work closely with customers, sales/marketing/field personnel, and cross-functional teams to address top quality issues.
  • Lead quality initiatives or projects.
  • Serve as recognized process owner, with expertise across multiple quality areas.
  • Contribute to local, global, and corporate processes, representing the function on review boards and teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field (Level 8).
  • Master's, CQE, or CRE desired.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black belt desired.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience preferred.
