Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly professional due diligence specialist to join our operations team. This is a permanent position that offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to maintaining the integrity and compliance of financial services provided.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relating to customer identification and anti-money laundering procedures
  • Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of client data and due diligence findings within systems
  • Collaborate effectively with onboarding teams to facilitate seamless integration and compliance throughout the customer acquisition process
  • Stay abreast of changes in regulatory framework and update internal processes accordingly to ensure compliance
  • Assist in audit processes to prove adherence to internal and external compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in due diligence, or a similar role, within the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) processes and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using financial software and database systems
