Job Title: Enhanced Due Diligence Specialist


">About the Role:
">We are seeking a skilled Enhanced Due Diligence Specialist to join our team. As an Enhanced Due Diligence Specialist, you will conduct comprehensive investigations on high-risk clients, including politically exposed persons, clients from high-risk jurisdictions, and complex corporate structures.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Conduct enhanced due diligence investigations on high-risk clients in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
">- Research and analyze beneficial ownership structures to identify ultimate beneficial owners and control relationships.
">- Evaluate source of wealth and source of funds information for high-net-worth individuals and entities using public domain information and/or documentation.
">- Perform adverse media screening and analyze findings to assess reputational and financial crime risks.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Law, Accounting, or Information Systems, or comparable work experience in a related field.
">- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a brokerage or corporate banking environment with onboarding or reviewing high-risk client relationships and carrying out EDD.
">- Relevant financial crime qualification (ICA or ACAMS) is a must.
">- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
">- Strong research, investigatory, and problem-solving skills.
">- Ability to make risk-based recommendations and articulate those persuasively to other departments and senior management.
