Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst. As part of our due diligence process, you will be responsible for analyzing customer information and making recommendations on next steps.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting clear and concise requests for information (RFIs) to customers to obtain specific information/documentation required to fulfill EDD requirements;
  • Performing internal and external research on the customer to obtain and gather specific information and documentation that are crucial to build the customer risk profile;
  • Ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed on any bottlenecks within the EDD process;
  • Identifying and making recommendations on process and policy improvements/clarifications to increase efficiency and accuracy.

You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy in your work. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or the tech industry, with a focus on EDD, KYC, compliance, or regulatory matters;
  • Ability to understand CDD and EDD requirements for individual customers and collect said requirements as specified by internal policies, procedures, and workflow guides;
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication (verbal and written) skills;
  • Experience working with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Word;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization environment.
