Job Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Content Reviewer to join our team.
- This role involves investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' Terms of Use, and ensuring a positive user experience.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will possess strong personal resilience, excellent communication skills, and high adaptability. They will be able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Responsibilities include investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' Terms of Use, becoming knowledgeable about client products, and utilizing market-specific knowledge to improve the support of our community of users.
Languages Skills:
- Fluent in Market language on the near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
Requirements:
- Candidates must be fluent in one of the following languages: HEBREW / ESTONIAN / DUTCH / AFRICAN FRENCH.
- They must also possess an advanced level of English (C1).
- Additionally, candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for minimum 12 months or renewable).
- Candidates must be fully confident in dealing with sensitive content.
Work Environment:
This is an office job. Work from home/remote work is not an option. Employees are classified as essential workers.
