Job Title:

Quality Assurance Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the quality and compliance of manufactured products. As the primary Quality Assurance professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary Quality Assurance point of contact for manufacturing operations
  • Providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations
  • Coaching and mentoring quality colleagues to develop critical thinking skills
  • Evaluating data sources and perspectives to accurately characterize problems and opportunities
  • Contributing to Product Quality Technical Agreements within the Quality Department
  • Supporting inspection readiness, including developing playbooks and reviewing responses to GMP inspections
  • Conducting vendor audits and site visits as required
  • Maintaining close contact and familiarity with quality systems and programs used at other sites
