We're on a mission to make life better for people around the world. Our Digital Core Enterprise team is looking for a skilled Test Automation Expert to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive quality and reliability of automation solutions across the enterprise, collaborating with various functional areas.
- Act as a consulting partner to functional teams, identifying automation opportunities and guiding implementation of scalable test automation strategies.
- Bridge gaps between functional areas and ensure effective automation solutions by collaborating with the Enterprise Test Automation team.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of Test Leads and Engineers to rapidly initiate and scale test automation efforts.
- Provide expert consultation on test automation tools, solution fit, and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including technical leadership and strategic direction.
- Proven experience in software testing and test automation tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, mobile, data, cross-platform, component, security, and UI/UX testing.
