The Automation Technology Analyst will be based at the Ringaskiddy API site in Cork and be a member of the Digital Site Network team within the Pfizer Digital division. The role will provide implementation support, expert technical guidance, and day-to-day Digital plant operations.

  • Provide expert (Level 3) Digital technology support for manufacturing automation systems, laboratory systems, and other GMP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve IT issues directly or by engaging vendor support.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for site Digital automation technology support.
  • Engage with the business to identify and define scope for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support global Digital project deployments and global Digital related continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in a related technical field, 2+ years experience in manufacturing or technical support service areas, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, GMP and associated regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity principles is an advantage.
