Job Opportunity:
Financial Process Manager

A chance to take ownership of key financial processes and grow within a varied role.

  • Manage the purchase ledger, including month-end supplier reconciliations, to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Process invoices, payments, subcontractor payments, CIS returns and statements efficiently.
  • Support weekly payroll processing on Sage Payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Oversee and support a junior Accounts Assistant, helping them develop their skills.
  • Provide occasional office admin support and ad hoc finance tasks as required.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong experience in purchase ledger management.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, ideally Sage Payroll.
  • Good understanding of accounts principles, including P&L, journals and balance sheet.
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive team player with good communication skills.

We are looking for a proactive individual with good communication skills who can work well in a team environment. Experience in the construction sector is desirable but not essential.
