We are seeking an experienced Tax Advisory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating services with other departments to maintain and develop client relationships across various sectors.

The Role
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring timely payment and return filings for corporate tax clients.
  • Collaborate with Partners on advising clients on business structures, transfer pricing, and profit repatriation.
  • Act as a key member of an integrated client service team on various assignments, including tax advisory projects.
  • Contribute to departmental targets for billing, net fee income, and cash collection, as well as personal and firm-wide goals.
  • Participate in business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage staff development and review procedures.
Requirements
  • A qualified accountant (AITI or equivalent) with experience in corporate tax compliance and consultancy assignments.
  • Deep knowledge of Irish Tax legislation, relevant commentary, case law, and tax due diligence.
  • Experience supervising assignments and managing client relationships.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
