Full Time Addiction Services Liaison Nurse Job Required

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to fill a challenging role in our addiction services team.
About the Role:This is a full-time agency position working in the community healthcare sector. You will be based in the ED department of an acute hospital, providing continuity of care to patients with addiction issues.
Key Responsibilities:- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess and develop treatment plans for patients with addiction-related problems.
- To provide education and support to patients and their families on addiction-related issues.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to addiction services.
- A minimum of 3-6 months' experience in addiction services.
- Prior experience working in an acute hospital setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate start required.
- Monday to Friday service basis.
- Holidays: 09:00 to 17:00 hours.
