• Process weekly and monthly payroll for all staff, adhering to PAYE/PRSI regulations and liaising with Revenue Commissioners and Social Welfare as necessary
• Prepare monthly payroll files, salary control accounts, and year-end financial audit controls
• Manage electronic fund transfers, ensuring timely submission of payroll files to the bank
• Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees efficiently
Requirements
• 5 years' experience in SAGE Payroll (Micropay Professional) payroll system
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A confident, professional communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
