Senior Software Engineer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to assume key responsibilities and contribute to the success of our engineering team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Designing and implementing scalable, self-healing services with robust health monitoring and observability
  • Collaborating with teams to understand business needs and maximize engineering impact
  • Driving quality through best practices in testing, performance, and operational excellence
  • Acting as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for live site operations, ensuring service reliability and rapid incident response
  • Mentoring and supporting junior engineers, contributing to a strong team culture
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, self-healing services with robust health monitoring and observability
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and maximize engineering impact
  • Drive quality through best practices in testing, performance, and operational excellence

Education and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++ or Rust
  • An understanding of data structures, algorithms, asynchronous programming, and multithreaded design
  • Experience building scalable and distributed cloud services
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and performant code
