We are seeking an experienced software engineer to lead the development of high-quality software solutions.

Role Overview

This is a key role in our company, responsible for designing, building and delivering software projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Write clean, efficient and maintainable code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Design robust application architecture and testing frameworks, guaranteeing scalability and reliability.
  • Conduct peer reviews and enforce coding standards, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Automate processes and improve system performance, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with engineers to build new features, fostering innovation and creativity.
  • Contribute to Agile development cycles, including standups and sprint planning, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (OOP, algorithms, data structures).
  • Proven leadership on technical projects or teams, demonstrating expertise and vision.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, NodeJS, Python, and proficiency in additional technologies such as Firebase, Express, AWS, GCP, OpenAI, and CircleCI.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and familiarity with AI and LLMs is highly desirable.
