Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Homecare Professional to lead our team of home support workers in providing high-quality care to our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of client services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Care: Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of caregivers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure compliance with care standards.
  • Scheduling and Resource Management: Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: QQI Level 5 (Major Award) qualification in a Healthcare-related field and Level 6 certification (desirable).
  • Experience: Relevant health or social care background, with experience within homecare/healthcare desirable.
  • Skills: Caring and empathetic nature, excellent communication and leadership skills.
