We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with school-aged children who have complex needs and their families.
About the RoleThis part-time position involves working with children presenting a range of communication difficulties, including speech, language, social communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders. You will be part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals providing comprehensive care and support to children and their families.
Requirements- BSc/MSc in Speech and Language Therapy or its equivalent.
- CORU Registration is essential.
- 3+ years post-graduate experience for the Senior post.
- Full Drivers Licence with access to own transport.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and children with intellectual disabilities (desirable).
- An undergraduate or post-graduate qualification in dysphagia and at least 6 months experience working in this area.
