Role Summary:

As a Clinical Nurse Manager 2, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing oncology services at a leading healthcare facility. This position requires a passionate and experienced leader who can ensure excellence in patient care and support staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the oncology nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, promoting professional development.
  • Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in oncology.
  • Experience in a nursing leadership or management role.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of oncology treatments and protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
