Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Oncology

We are seeking a senior Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to lead oncology services in Dublin. This experienced professional will oversee patient care, staff development and compliance with hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the oncology nursing team for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical practice and ensure adherence to guidelines and regulations.
  • Support and mentor nursing staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor patient progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
  • Efficiently manage staffing, scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to audits, research initiatives and education programs.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in oncology.
  • Experience in a nursing leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of oncology treatments and protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
