Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site labour forces and specialist subcontractors.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Day-to-day management and coordination of site labour forces and specialist subcontractors
  • Assist the Project Team in monitoring progress to meet agreed programme targets
  • Evaluate and improve the quality of works delivered on site
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with supply chain partners and subcontractors
">Requirements:">

To succeed in this role, you will require:

">
  • At least 10 years' experience in Site Management
  • Previous Main Contractor experience preferably in large-scale structural, external & groundwork's on commercial/mixed-use development/ residential / pharmaceutical / data centre projects
  • A third-level qualification or Trades background (excellent knowledge of Trades)
  • IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft software
  • Excellent delegation and organisational skills
  • The ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others
