Job Description

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end management of multiple projects, ranging from planning and procurement through to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results within budget and timeframe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely progress and adherence to client requirements.
  • Contract Oversight: Manage all contract requirements, including negotiations, terms and conditions, risk assessment, and compliance.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, implementing cost-control measures to meet financial targets.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress by coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years' experience in construction management in Ireland. In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements is essential.
