Job Overview

The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site labour forces and specialist subcontractors. They will work closely with the project team to monitor progress and ensure works are delivered to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site labour forces and specialist subcontractors.
  • Assist the project team in monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered to schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Previous main contractor experience, ideally in commercial, mixed-use, residential, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects.
  • A third-level qualification or trades background, with excellent knowledge of trades.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software.
