Job Opportunity:

A leading specialist fit-out contractor is partnering with Talent Curve to offer a Graduate Quantity Surveyor role in their commercial team.

The company delivers high-quality bespoke projects across hospitality, residential and commercial sectors, boasting a strong project pipeline and reputation for craftsmanship and innovation.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will receive hands-on experience across all aspects of quantity surveying, supported by senior QSs and the wider commercial team.

  • Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
  • Procuring sub-contractors and preparing order documentation
  • Assessing and certifying sub-contractor interim payments
  • Preparing interim valuations and final accounts
  • Managing and valuing variations
  • Producing monthly cost value reconciliations (CVRs)
  • SUPPORTING COMMERCIAL PLANNING AND TEAM COORDINATION
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS

We are looking for a degree-qualified individual in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with a full clean driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, along with a willingness to learn, are essential for success in this role.
