Quantity Surveyor A leading Main Contractor in Galway is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will get the opportunity to work on a variety of Commercial Projects, mainly Hospitality Development Projects.
The successful candidate will be based out of there head office in Galway.
Top of Form Top of Form Role: Manage the creation of detailed Cost Plans for complex projects, using various techniques and software, and oversee data compilation for analysis.
Develop long-term cash forecasts for projects, analyse results, and minimize cash outflow while maximizing inflow.
Identify unfavorable terms in contracts and negotiate with clients and employers.
Requirements: 3rd level degree Quantity Surveying.
3+ years industry experience, having worked with a leading Irish Main Contractor.
