Youll receive hands-on experience across all aspects of quantity surveying, with structured mentorship and support from senior QSs and the wider commercial team to help you build your skills and confidence.
The Role Youll be involved in the full commercial lifecycle of projects, including: Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts Procuring sub-contractors and preparing order documentation Assessing and certifying sub-contractor interim payments Preparing interim valuations and final accounts Managing and valuing variations Producing monthly cost value reconciliations (CVRs) Supporting commercial planning and team coordination Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What You'll Need Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field Full, clean drivers license Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic contractor at an early stage in your career, gain exposure to a wide variety of work, and grow within a supportive team.
