Job Title: Experienced Quantity Surveyor

About the Role:

  • ">
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced quantity surveyor to join our team.">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.">
  • They will work closely with design teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all contractual requirements are met.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Estimating and cost planning for construction projects.">
  • Preparing bills of quantities, buildsoft, and cubit documents.">
  • Compiling contract documentation and preparing cost reports.">
  • Preparation and agreement of final accounts, review and resolve contractual claims.">
  • Attend meetings with clients and design team members.">
  • Assist in training and development of assistant and junior surveyors.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree qualified quantity surveyor - chartered status is preferable but not mandatory.">
  • Commercially aware and have ambition to progress within the organisation.">
  • Drive and determination to manage strict budgets to ensure the commercial success of projects.">

Package:

">

€70K - €90K, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.

">
