Job Title: Data Analyst/Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by applying data science techniques to solve some of the most pressing challenges in the U.S. healthcare system.

About the Role
  • Job Summary:
  • Apply data science techniques to solve real-world problems in the U.S. healthcare system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the roadmap for provider networks, claims data, and member experience.
  • Develop and maintain data-driven solutions to improve healthcare outcomes.
  • Demonstrate curiosity in modern data platforms and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, and similar technologies.
  • Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, actuarial science, or related discipline.
  • Experience in SQL and Python/R programming languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems through hands-on coding and model development.
  • Experience applying data science to real-world business challenges, driving measurable impact.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree (or higher) in a quantitative field or relevant professional qualification.
