Job Position

A high-calibre analog/RF engineer is sought to drive the development of cutting-edge products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and validate premium analog/RF systems/sub-systems using industry best practices, ensuring exceptional performance and efficiency.
  • Develop behavioural models of analogue and analogue-mixed-signal blocks to support design optimisation and verification.
  • Create automated test benches and verification plans to streamline the design process.
  • Design and verify RF/Analog blocks/subsystems up to 20GHz frequency range, adhering to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with IC layout engineers to ensure design accuracy and optimal layout.
  • Lead design reviews and facilitate lab evaluation, characterisation, and testing activities.
Interpersonal Skills
  • Interface with mixed signal, digital/systems/SW/apps/test teams to guarantee on-time product delivery.
  • Foster strong team dynamics with excellent interpersonal skills, while working independently on complex tasks when needed.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and interns to promote knowledge sharing and growth.
Key Requirements
  • Masters of Science in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • In-depth experience in designing analog/mixed-signal circuits on advanced CMOS nodes (40nm and lower).
  • Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso design environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for clear documentation and effective collaboration.
