This role requires a seasoned leader with 10+ years of Customer Support experience, including 5+ years of managing managers or team leads in a high growth SaaS company. You'll be responsible for overseeing performance management processes, approving hiring and attrition processes, and driving employee engagement.

We're looking for someone who can analyze issues and problem-solve objectively, leveraging data to make informed decisions. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A passion for creative problem-solving and a dedication to helping others develop their skills are essential qualities we seek in our ideal candidate.
