Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes. The role involves implementing client care plans, performing identified care duties, and promoting client comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

Care Assistants work closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, ensuring that care is tailored to meet each individual's requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one-year experience caring for others or completion of QQI approved Level 5 Modules Care of the Older Person and Care Skills/Healthcare Support.
  • Genuine compassion for others, with the ability to demonstrate kindness, empathy, and patience.
