Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of HR and Payroll solutions. This role requires a strong blend of project leadership, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and change management expertise to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric HR technology solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of HRIS and Payroll implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support. They will develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory timelines, internal controls, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Monitoring implementation progress, reporting on project milestones, and supporting post-launch issue resolution
  • Examining relationships between problems and issues, continually probing and initiating research to identify critical problems
  • Establishing clear goals and priorities needed to assess performance
  • Identifying, quantifying, and managing issues impacting delivery of projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent client-facing skills – excellent communications, stakeholder management, and engagement
  • People management skills – able to build connections, work alongside business SMEs, and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements
  • Innovative individual – a bold thinker and doer, matching creativity with vigilance
  • Certified functional consultant in any one specific domain
  • Project Management qualification
  • HRIS and Payroll experience, including legacy and cloud-based platforms
  • Proven experience in implementing, upgrading, or migrating payroll and HR systems
  • Skilled in analyzing large volumes of HR and payroll data, identifying trends or anomalies, and ensuring data integrity throughout the project lifecycle
