Senior EDD & Screening Trainer

Our globally significant fintech client is seeking a Senior EDD & Screening Trainer to join their Compliance Team. This is a permanent role, working fully remote with some travel involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive and interactive training sessions covering EDD & Screening procedures, investigation requirements, and risk-based decisions.
  • Provide onboarding and cross-skilling training to enable L&D to meet its KPIs and business SLAs.
  • Maintain investigations proficiency by working a minimum number of live production cases/investigations per month.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of EDD experience with additional responsibilities, preferably training.
  • Ability to analyze complex and large amounts of data to inform effective case outcomes.
  • Proven track record of improving investigations programs to meet customer and regulator requirements in recognized large financial institutions or enforcement agencies.
