High-Profile Project Management Opportunity:

An exciting career opportunity has arisen for an experienced project manager to join a 3-year fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and mixed-use property developments. This role will involve work on a number of high-profile projects and be involved in every stage from concept to completion. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Project Programme Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The management of complex stakeholder relationships and the sign-off of defined project objectives to form an agreed project brief.
  • The establishment of an overall project budget including all consultancy fees, construction and any other related costs.
  • The production of 'reports on scope, budget and timescale delivery against baseline targets.
  • Procurement of additional project team members such as designers, quantity surveyors, real estate advisors etc. as required ensuring EU public procurement requirements are fully complied with.
  • The supervision of the design and procurement process through to project construction and final handover.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' post graduate construction/project management experience.
  • A qualification at Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture or similar.
  • Proven experience in a similar client/consultancy project management role with a demonstrable record of taking construction projects through from inception to completion.
  • Current full class B driver's licence and access to own car.
