We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our Residential project in Limerick.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of construction projects from planning to completion
- Development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and contingency strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to required specifications and standards
- Implementation of quality control measures and compliance with industry regulations and Health & Safety standards
- Monitoring of construction progress, site activities, and project costs, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Extensive experience in construction engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management
- Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction practices
- Familiarity with Irish construction regulations, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
