Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee all fit-out projects in the Limerick area, ensuring they meet client specifications.

About the Role:
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site staff for smooth project operations.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Implement health and safety regulations and ensure compliance on-site.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager in fit-out projects or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field is beneficial.
  • Full Irish Drivers' license is required.
