Job Title: Construction Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Leader to oversee and manage fit-out projects in Limerick. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-profile construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client specifications.

About the Role:

  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role in our team.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fit-out projects, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, timelines, and quality control measures to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver successful projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor project progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing fit-out projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (desirable).
  • A full Irish Driver's license is required.

Candidates with previous experience in construction management, project coordination, or site supervision will be highly regarded.
