Job Title: Construction Site Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of a site-based construction project in Limerick City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of Daily and Weekly Programmes together with the issue of programme detail to sub-contractors.
  • Attendance at weekly Management Team meetings for clients Construction Team.
  • Maintenance of the Site Diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in the role of construction site foreman / foreperson, working with building contractors.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a leading Civil & Building project with operations throughout Ireland.

Salary €65k - €75k negotiable depending on experience.
