We are seeking an experienced construction project manager to join our multi-phase residential project in Limerick.
About the Role:- The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- They will translate designs into actionable tasks, ensure progress aligns with specifications, and coordinate activities with subcontractors and site teams.
- The Construction Project Manager will collaborate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversight and management of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and contingency strategies.
- Implementation of quality control measures and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and Health & Safety standards.
- Monitoring of construction progress, site activities, and project costs, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction practices.
- Familiarity with Irish construction regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
