About the Role:
  • The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • They will translate designs into actionable tasks, ensure progress aligns with specifications, and coordinate activities with subcontractors and site teams.
  • The Construction Project Manager will collaborate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight and management of construction projects from planning to completion.
  2. Development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and contingency strategies.
  3. Implementation of quality control measures and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and Health & Safety standards.
  4. Monitoring of construction progress, site activities, and project costs, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  5. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction practices.
  • Familiarity with Irish construction regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
