We are seeking a facilities leader to manage our facilities team on a pharmaceutical client site. The role is responsible for leading and motivating staff to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage facilities technicians and deliver their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead facilities project teams and deliver their KPIs.
  • Evaluate and maintain health and safety procedures and compliance within the group.
  • Oversee work planning and coordination within the group.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering facilities services, leading high-performing teams, and strong communication and negotiation skills. They should also have excellent relationship management abilities at all levels and be proficient in Microsoft products.
