
Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Set out works and ensure that foremen and operatives clearly understand the information provided.
- Communication: Disseminate information from drawings, specifications, etc. to foremen, operatives, subcontractors, so that they clearly understand what is required.
- Quality Assurance: Test materials as directed by your supervisor/line manager in accordance with the relevant specifications.
- Record Keeping: Record all daily activities, relevant information, and occurrences in your site diary.
- Progress Reporting: Record and report on work progress, including that of subcontractors, to your manager.
- Professional Development: Pursue proactive development and training opportunities.
- Safety Protocols: Conduct your work in a safe manner, correcting and reporting those who do not adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaboration: Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all personnel.
- Instrument Calibration: Monitor and check setting out instruments and testing equipment.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in setting out or site engineering.
- Experience working with a main contractor, subcontractor, surveying firm, or similar.
- A good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint, etc.
