We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team at a biotech drug substance manufacturing facility in Limerick, Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all preventive and corrective maintenance activities to meet operational and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and coordinating all preventive and corrective maintenance activities to meet operational and compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with planners, technicians, vendors, and engineering stores to ensure spare parts and resources are available.
- Maintaining and updating job plans to reflect current procedures and best practices.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and proactively contributing to safety and quality enhancements.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities are recorded in the CMMS and are audit-ready, following ALCOA+ principles.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of maintenance tasks.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- FETAC level 6 or equivalent in an E&I or mechanical discipline.
- Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling tools (e.g., CMMS).
- Proficient in English.
- At least two years' experience in a maintenance role within the pharmaceutical/biotech/med device industry.
- Stamp 1 G or Stamp 4 visa for contracting positions in Ireland's pharmaceutical industry.
