Apartment Development Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee a significant new build apartment development in Limerick. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project, from groundworks through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multi-unit apartment developments on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Report to the contracts manager and ensure that all project objectives are met.
  • Lead a team of site staff and contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a project manager or site manager role, ideally on large-scale residential projects.
  • Proven experience managing new build apartment developments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
