Project Development Leader

We are seeking a hands-on leader to manage and deliver small-scale projects in various engineering fields. These projects involve building upgrades, laboratory modifications, and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project development, reporting, and delivery.
- Oversee contractors and partners for safety, cost, quality, and schedule objectives.
- Drive a strong culture of safety across project teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, prioritization, resource management, execution, and communication.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and milestones effectively.
- Provide strategic solutions to complex project challenges.
- Coordinate construction, commissioning, and transition to operations.
- Support a safe working environment by ensuring Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance.
- Presentation of project updates, progress, and outcomes.
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years' experience managing engineering projects in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary projects.
