In this position, you are responsible for delivering the scope of work as described in the design documents/specification, within the allotted timeframe and budget. You will also fulfil the role of coach/mentor to junior personnel in your team. You will directly manage trades personnel; ensure all works are carried out in the most efficient manner, and highest possible quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the detailed scope for the project.
- Manage project changes diligently, ensuring a verifiable paper trail exists for all changes.
- Ensure all work is planned and executed in strict alignment to the programme schedule: with the right people in the right place, at the right time.
- Work with the design team to ensure all materials, designs, and equipment are available ahead of need.
- Develop weekly and daily work plans, driving progress and efficiency.
- Ensure all personnel understand 'change' and cost it before work commences.
- Collaborate with the planning department to develop a schedule meeting client needs, delivering milestones ahead of schedule.
- Understand the scope to be delivered in your discipline and have a thorough understanding of the design.
- Clarify design deliverables and schedules with Client, Main Contractor, and Design Department.
- Build and monitor the schedule with the Fire Protection Team, owning the execution of works to meet that schedule.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years' experience working with a recognised contractor and multi-disciplinary construction teams.
- A trade or relevant third-level qualification.
- Sprinkler and Fire Protection experience and exposure required.
- Demonstrated capability in Construction delivery within specialised industrial sectors, including Life Sciences, Pharma, Mission Critical & Datacentres, etc.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Proven ability to contribute to the development of project implementation for construction projects.
- Ability to work well within strict deadlines.
